From The West:
Northern State/Southern State Parkways to the Sagtikos/Sunken Meadow Parkway NORTH or the LIE to exit 53 Sunken Meadow Parkway NORTH to:
Exit SM3E Commack/Smithtown/ Rte 25 EAST. Proceed through Commack on Jericho Turnpike Eastbound (Rte 25) for 4.3 miles. At top of the hill make a LEFT (North) on Edgewood Avenue.
Proceed 2.1 miles to the end of Edgewood Avenue. Make a LEFT turn on North Country Road/25A.
(Note the restaurant Mirabelle on the right. It will be a landmark for the turn on to Edgewood coming back)
Staying on 25A for 3.4 miles you will be bearing left frequently.
You will see a sign indicating that 25A East is a RIGHT turn.
You will stay on 25A EAST for 2 miles through the town of Stonybrook and past the
Railroad station. The second large intersection past the railroad station is
North Country Road and you will turn LEFT.
Proceed 3/10 of a mile, passing the Checkerboard Inn Bar on the left side.
We are located on the next corner immediately after the bar, also on the left
side of the street.
The address is 100 North Country Road and we are on the left side - Building “B”
We are on the North West corner of North Country Road and Thompson’s Hay Path Road
From the South: (this is the long way)
Take Nicols Road NORTH all the way to the end. Pass Rte 25 and the
University to the very end at 25A.
Make a RIGHT (East) on 25A and proceed to the next intersection.
Make a LEFT on North Country Road. Proceed 3/10 of a mile, passing the
Checkerboard Inn Bar on the left side. We are located on the next corner
immediately after the bar, also on the left side. The address is 100 North Country Road and we are on the left side Building “B”. We are on the North West corner of North Country Road and Thompson’s Hay Path Road
From the East:
Take 25A WEST passing Wild by Nature in Setauket. At the intersection of 25A and North Country Road (about a half mile past Wild By Nature) make a RIGHT (North). Proceed 3/10 of a mile, passing the Checkerboard Inn Bar on the left side.
We are located on the next corner immediately after the bar, also on the left side. The address is 100 North Country Road and we are on the left side Building “B”. We are on the North West corner of North Country Road and Thompson’s Hay Path Road.
